Delivery

All orders can be delivered in the following ways:

Parcelforce 24 / 48 hour signature delivery service

£10.85 for each order up to 25kg in weight. Mainland only; all other areas should check with us to confirm the actual cost before ordering. Monday–Friday delivery only.

Collection at an event

No charge. Please see events calendar prior to ordering and allow five (5) days prior to the event for processing. Your order will be kept in our temperature controlled unit until you collect within the opening times of the event.

Collection direct from the processing plant

No charge. Monday to Friday only.

Information for Christmas/New Year Orders

Please be aware of the following last order dates:

Christmas: 19th December 2011
New Year: 23rd December 2011

Packaging

Orders are despatched using our dedicated cool boxes and Sorba freeze cool packs to ensure quality and temperature at the point of delivery. Unless otherwise stated all products are despatched chilled (not frozen). We do offer a blast freeze option at no extra cost if this suits your needs. The boxes and cool packs will ensure your order remains suitably cool for at least 3 days from the point of despatch so should you miss the initial delivery you can arrange a second delivery for the following working day or simply opt to collect from the Parcelforce depot.

Please be mindful that we work with nature and only once your order is confirmed is it guaranteed. Please offer us as much time as possible to process your order especially in the run-up to both Christmas and New Year when we get exceptionally busy.
