How to Shop Online with Natural Game

At Naturalgame.co.uk we endeavour to make shopping as simple and user-friendly as possible. Follow our guidelines below for an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience at the Natural Game Online Shop. You’ll also find important information on the check out procedure, including payment, delivery, and returns. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before making your purchase.

1. Finding Products

There are three ways to find products in our Online Shop.

2. Adding Products to the Shopping Cart

To add a product to your shopping basket type the quantity required in the box provided, and select a stuffing if required, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will open a pop-up window showing you your shopping cart contents. You can close this window by clicking the X on the top right corner of the pop-up and continue shopping, or click the ‘Go to Checkout’ link to make your purchase.

3. Viewing Your Shopping Basket

You can view the products that you have added to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the Check Out tab at the top right of every page (look for the image to your left), and then clicking on ‘Go to Checkout’. You will be taken to the check out page where you can view your products, delete one you don’t want, and edit quantities in your basket.

Alternatively, there is a link to the Check Out page under the link ‘Your Account’ on the navigation bar towards the top of each page.

Once you have reviewed the products, you can choose your method of delivery*. You can find details on our delivery options and costs here. The final total will be given in pound sterling.

* Please note that the price quoted on the Check Out page is for shipping to mainland UK only. For any other delivery destinations and Saturday delivery please contact us for a quotation before purchasing.

4. Checkout Procedure

4.1. Information We Collect

We will require your email, name, billing address (including full postcode), shipping address (including full postcode) if different from the billing address. If you are picking up the order in person, you will be asked to give details of the event and the date the order is required. We do not sell or give out this information to anyone except any third parties who require it in order to complete your purchase.

You can also tick the box to subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with new products, special offers, and events we’ll be appearing at. Should you decide to do so, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter we send to you, or you can email us at sales@naturalgame.co.uk. We use MailChimp.com to send out our newsletter, and they will hold your name and email on their secure servers in order for this to be carried out. You can view a copy of their Privacy Policy here.

4.2 Payment & Security

Once you have completed the order form, click the orange ‘Make Purchase’ button and you will be taken to the secure payment page at Paypal.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We can accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and switch.

All payments are processed via a secure server using Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal, you can use your debit or credit card. Natural Game does not hold a copy of your credit/debit card details.

4.3 Confirmation of Purchase

Paypal will be send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase; they will also advise us that you have made payment.

You will also receive a confirmation email of your order from Natural Game. We may need to contact you if we have any questions about the order, so please make sure you fill out the order form correctly.

A receipt and order confirmation will also be sent with your order. Your order will carry a unique code, please quote this in all correspondance.

5. Delivery

All of our products are delivered to the UK mainland using UK Mail signed for service. We are able to deliver outside of the UK and suggest you contact us for a quote before ordering. Some off-shore UK addresses may incur an additional charge.

6. Exchanges and Returns

When you receive goods from Season’s, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting after the goods were delivered. Please note 7 days do not include public holidays or weekends.

We will refund the price as soon as possible, but no later that 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel your order. This notification must be in writing and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods and the original carriage cost.

You must return the goods to Season’s, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to Season’s then we reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.

If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are unfit for human consumption or are incorrect.

Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or unfit for human consumption we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If the goods are confirmed to be unfit, damaged or incorrect we will refund any carriage incurred in returning the goods.

7. Complaints

Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from Natural Game, or about our online shop, please address this to sales@naturalgame.co.uk or by post, telephone or in person.

We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter within five working days of receipt. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receipt, you will receive a full reply by email or letter. If your complaint takes longer than expected to resolve we will keep you informed of our progress as we investigate issues.
