Our mini roasts offer a gourmet experience with the convenience of portion control and ease of cooking.  Each mini roast is hand crafted and consists of  duck, pheasant and partridge, filled with a cranberry, orange & roast chestnut gourmet stuffing.

 

Simply remove from the packaging, cook for approximately 55 minutes on a medium heat (175c fan or gas mark 5) before serving.  Suitable for freezing.

Our boneless Gamekeepers reserve mini roasts are hand crafted by our artisan team.  Each Mini roasts consists of a whole boneless pheasant wrapped in oak smoked bacon with a centre of wild venison and wild boar striploins with a wild rabbit core.

Some customers cook and allow this product to cool before slicing and using as a starter.
