A grand reserve roast for a special occasion, family get together or festive meal. Nine of the very best full flavoured and lean birds layered through the whole turkey breast crown to wonderful visual delight and have your taste buds watering before the first mouthful. Very rich and very filling. Encased in oak smoked or plain bacon to protect the outer bird during the cooking process and add texture when cooked. We complete the roast with a centre of wild venison or wild boar sausage meat and a wonderful wild blackberry, apple and apricot gourmet stuffing. Provided oven ready and with a complimentary meat probe.

To cook: defrost if necessary. Remove any outer packaging and seal in silver foil. Roast in the centre of your PRE- heated oven at 170c or gas mark 5 until the probe reaches 73c. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes in the foil. Remove the foil and any butchers twine and carve.
